Sun Balm Natural Sunscreen for Lips and Skin SPF 50 | 35g
Your lips need sun care as much as the rest of you. Wouldn't it be great to have ONE product that protects lips, eyelids and skin?
Sun lip care is even trickier than sun skin care, because lips need more protection and they are more sensitive to products.
You want a natural product, so you turn to zinc for your lips. But lots of zinc products go on stiffly and feel drying, especially on lips.
Welcome to lip care that feels delicious AND protects.
Sun Balm is SPF 50 broad spectrum protection with 2 hours of water resistance. This is high performance sunscreen.
We've packed this beautiful sunscreen into a 35g tube because it goes a remarkably long way. And the smaller tube is incredibly purse and pocket friendly. Which means you have it when you need it.
You have just found a sunscreen can be used on lips, faces and hands every day for weeks!
Sunscreen for Lips and Skin
High Performance and Certified Natural
High Performance: Sun Balm sunscreen meets the ASNZ 2604:2012 sunscreen standard, which includes broad spectrum coverage. It is highly water resistant, which means it doesn’t run into eyes and will keep you protected even when you are in the water.
Certified Natural: Sun Balm proudly carries the NATRUE logo that guarantees that it has been audited by a highly respected international organisation.
Sounds great but,
What's it Smell Like?
The anhydrous (no water) balm is a soothing, antioxidant-rich formula that smells gently of Peppermint, Cocoa Butter and Coconut oils. In other words, it smells fabulous!
The rich organic oils and butters give Sun Balm variations in texture and help it melt smoothly and evenly on your lips and skin. So, it feels wonderful and reassuring.

and WHY I care
Before starting Goodbye, I lived and worked around the world as an outdoor guide. I was a reasonably capable woman working in a very physically and mentally demanding role. I was attracted to natural products but there was very little on the market for suncare. I learned to always wear a shirt and hat, I could not figure out how to protect my lips. My lips would often burn. Sometimes they would blister and then get very sensitive in the sun. Some days I would wear a bandana over my lips to just give them a break. I tried every product I could find. Years later, when we started to learn about sunscreens, my first and most important job was to figure out a sunscreen for lips. I am absolutely grateful to have a real solution to offer you. This products keeps my lips safe even when I'm in tough New Zealand sun.
PS, I still recommend a hat!
