Togetherness 2022

Even from week to week our landscape changes. But one thing that does not change is HOW we choose to show up to ourselves, each other and to life. What we will remember from these times is how we treated each other.

The words above were created by this neighborhood. These are our words of wellness for 2022. I am so grateful to be part of a community that makes something like this together.

And so, the overarching theme, togetherness.
