Yes, it is a very economical way to use Goodbye SANDFLY. You can do this by putting any larger size into the smaller carry sizes. Our favourite size for refilling into is the 40ml Dropper Bottle because it's so pocket and purse handy. AND, we are just beginning to build a refill network.
