Article: Gen B

Gen B

Gen B
Here's the Press Release Version:

March is #bcorpmonth and the theme of the month is Gen B. We are all part of a generation of people using business to make a better tomorrow.

We’re proud to be a Certified B Corp: a company that demonstrates positive social and environmental impact. Goodbye is a women-founded, woman-led business that has been working in the "do gooder" space for a very long time. The further we go in our efforts, the more we see needs to be done. Everywhere is more that can be done. This is true for businesses, and true for you as a consumer.

In the simplest form, you vote with your dollar. When you put your hard-earned dollars towards cheap, extractive products, we all lose. B Corp as a movement is growing very quickly, especially here in New Zealand and Australia. Take a moment to look through the businesses, how can you support the ones with the clear commitment to make business work better for all.

Here's the Bex Version:

Goodbye- Step out of the Norm

We're different, weird even, and that's a good thing. We don't aspire to be a "normal" business. We create from the heart, and offer genuine natural products that serve in performance and ethos.

We know we're rare, but not endangered. Because the world is changing, and while it may feel chaotic at times, as old extractive systems groan and howl, the new world is creating even as we are distracted by the noise of the old. Keep the faith, dear Neighbor, you are loved (I'll probably get a whole lot of unsubscribes for that), so I'll say it again, you are LOVED.

We're making a good world together, and to do that, you gotta take care of your Self so that you have the curiosity and creativity needed for the years ahead.
