This is normal and does not affect performance or how it feels when you apply it. Our natural sunscreen has cocoa butter in it, which has a desire to hug together when it gets cool (maybe for warmth!) and changes the surface look of the sunscreen. As long as your sunscreen is still in date, and hasn’t been opened longer than 6 months to a year, it is fine to use it.
